      Yugi’s Gaia the Dragon Champion strategy has been remastered for the modern age!       New Noble Knights rise from the pages of history!The “Infernoble Knights” are a fast Synchro Summoning strategy that burns through their Equip Spells for immediate benefits, then brings them back to the field and dares the opponent to destroy the monster they’re equipped to. “Infernoble Knight” monsters are also “Noble Knight” monsters, so you can use existing cards like Heritage of the Chalice to make your Deck even stronger!       Voraussichtlich wird es auch wieder so ablaufen wie 2017:
      Wir bekommen das Starter Deck kurz vor der WM(woraufhin es auf der WM gültig ist und damit auch die neue Mechanik, wenns denn eine neue gibt) und paar Wochen darauf folgt dann das neue Hauptset und voraussichtlich direkt eine (europäische) YCS mit dem neuen Hauptset.

      hätte vor 6-7 jahren rauskommen können und wäre auf damals nicht metarelevant gewesen. macht aber nix, für joey GAIA fans (hab an flammenschwertkämpfer gedacht :D ) ist das ein spaßiges, funktionierendes deck und das geht vollkommen in ordnung.

      Ich hatte mich schon gefragt was für Karten in den Hauptsets kommen nachdem für SEVENS ein separates Format angelegt wurde... Ob jetzt die Booster ab LOB genauso geupdatet und neuaufgelegt werden wie die Structure Decks?

      Erstmal als Anmerkung für alle, die nicht genau wissen worauf er hinaus will, das Cover des Booster Packs:


      Also anders als vorher bekommen keine Karten aus dem neuen anime den Slot als coverkarte sondern eines der Legacy Archetypes. Ich persönlich find die Entscheidung gut, da man 1. den müll vermeiden kann, den wir in den letzten Jahren/Monaten unter den ersten 10 Karten eines Boosters hatten bzw. 2. wenn es kein Müll war Karten ala Firewall Drache. Das hat ein Ende und man produziert noch mehr Legacy Themen. Frage ist, ob das auch auswirkungen auf die anderen Slots hat, und man so ab jetzt mehr neue Themendecks bekommt und/oder mehr Support für alte Themen(ob nun so alt wie bspw. X-Saber oder eher alt im Sinne "war im letzten Deck Build Pack")

      Ansonsten möchte ich noch erwähnen dass die bekannten Maindeck-Monster bisher nur die Slots 01-04 einnehmen. Die alten Anime-Karten haben im Schnitt aber 01-09 bzw. 014 übernommen. Da es sich beim "Gaia-Support" scheinbar um Yugis "Duelist Kingdom Deck version 2020" handeln soll, habe ich die Vermutung das noch mindestens die Slots 06-09 mit Karten von Kaiba aufgefüllt werden, die er im Duelist Kingdom gespielt hat. Kurzfassung: holt euch schonmal eure Alternative Blue Eyes in SCR...

      Die Karten selber lesen sich recht solide, und vereinzelte Karten wie die Schildkröte bieten Potenzial für andere Sachen ausgenutzt zu werden, da sie sich laut dem Effekttext selber tributen können dürfte, um JEDEN Dragon Lvl 5 aus dem Deck beschwören zu können. früher oder später wird es damit bestimmt was ekliges geben.
      Wobei ich mich frage ob die Karten absichtlich so designt sind, dass sie optimal in Duel Links hereinpassen würden. Da ich Duel Links nicht spiele, weiss ich nicht wie hart das Format da aktuell ist, aber ich habe aus Dzeefs Video bzgl. der Duel Links Party mitgekriegt, dass aktuell Dark Magician auf Kinofilm-Powerlevel Meta sein soll. Da dürfte sich das Deck also sehr gut wiederfinden.
