    Für mich liest sich die Ankündigung so als DUAD 1. Set des 13. Blocks ist...

    Traditionell beginnen alle neuen Sets eines Blocks mit "Duelist" und wie auch Serie 11 "endet" Serie 12 mit einem VRAINS bezogenen Thema.


    Da der Quarter Wahnsinn mit ALIN endet und Albaz und populäre Themendecks, die mit dem neu angekündigten Anime in Episodenform daherkommen (Sky Striker), hier angepriesen werden, riecht das für mich sehr nach neuem Block. Ist für die Mehrheit hier eh irrelevant, aber dennoch nennenswert.

  • Striker wird langsam zum Hero/Blackwing. Mag das Deck zwar (vor allem als Engine), aber es wird schon langsam echt viel. Bin mal gespannt, was da noch kommt.


    Irgendwie klingt der Name auch so, als ob man da was ganz neues erwarten kann in Richtung Mechanik.

  • Als Wiki sagt, Sky Striker hat 32 themeninterne Karten, "Red Arrows" gilt als "related to the Archetype", wären dann 33.


    Finde das noch völlig ok für ein Themendeck, aber im Vergleich zu anderen Themen steht Sky Striker natürlich deutlich mehr im Fokus, das wirkt nach viel mehr.^^


    Aber die Fans mögen es (zurecht imo), da wird wohl immer mal was neues dazu kommen.

    Habe mittlerweile auch alle Karten zumindest einmal zusammen für den Ordner, will mir aber auch noch mal ein richtiges Deck dazu bauen. Mal schauen, was da noch so kommt.

  • Möglicherweise gehen die Karten, welche Bezug zum Promo Anime haben, eine komplett andere Richtung so wie es andere Kartenspiele zuvor gemacht haben. Es werden zwar die Charaktere sein, aber zu neuen Archetypes. Als Beispiel bezeichne ich einen als Chronicle. Es wäre so ähnlich wie bei Zefra nur ohne auch noch ihr original Thema zu supporten. Oder sie machen es genauso, damit alle ihre Lieblinge in einem funktionierenden Deck spielen können und sich die lautstarke Minderheit noch mehr über den endlosen Support beschweren können.


    Wie auch immer die Karten dazu designt werden hoffe ich sehr, dass die starke Einschränkungen haben werden und nicht sonderlich genersich sind. Damit man die nicht überall reinklatschen kann. Ich möchte nicht noch eine Branded Fusion sehen. Ein Verbot des Originals oder erneut eine Limitierung von Engage!, weil die außerhalb eskalieren, wäre auch nicht schön.

  • Dodododo Warrior erinnert schon stark an Circular, und ist mit Dodododwarf Gogogoglove instant ein Rang 4. Gogogo Goblindbergh ist ein solider Starter. Das Gagagaga Girl mit Search sieht auch ganz solide aus. Ansonsten, schauen wir mal was man da baut. Mit den ZS Monstern, Utopic Onomatopia und Astraltopia ist man ja eigentlich schon ziemlich solide gefahren.

  • habe mich gerade gestern gefragt, wann die ersten reveals von DUAD kommen.

    vom powerlevel wird die linie der letzten hauptsets weitergeführt, was ich sehr gut finde. spielbar, variabel, fair.

    magnum excalibur kommt mir als einziger arg underpowered vor. der neue F0 hat leider keine chance gegen UDF, lindbergh mmn das coolste artwork und auch das beste monster dieser supportwelle.

    für mich persönlich ist auch etwas dabei: die konterfalle ist sehr guter generischer xyz support. und mit lancer recyclebar :beaming_face_with_smiling_eyes:

  • Noch mehr davon. Ich kann damit nichts anfangen. Mich haben schon immer diese furchtbaren Namen gestört. Diese Archetypes und Perfomapals sind für mich die schlimmsten Anime Decks. Passend zu den beiden Protagonisten, die diese Deck spielen. Nun befürchte ich, dass es davon auch noch Support geben wird in diisem Jahr.

    TL;DR:


    Viel unnützer Kram, sehr vorsichtig designt um nicht broken Karten wie z.B. Kashtira zu pushen.

    Im Prinzip sind das erste Monster und die erste Quick-Spell gut, Rest ist Support der zu 5Ds Zeit passt. Slotverschwendung.

    DUAD hat so vielversprechend begonnen...naja, es kommen noch Albaz und Sky Striker, die das Set wohl tragen werden.

    Noch was: der Geheimtipp schlechthin, den man mit diesem neuen PSI Mischmasch nun leichter aufs Feld bringen kann:

  • Coole Karten. Kommen mir auch nicht unbedingt schlecht vor. Mochte die Extreme Victory Psychics schon immer. Hoffentlich, falls die im nächsten Set noch mehr bekommen sollten, kommt irgendwas für Space time Police.

    Ich würde auch gut finden, wenn sie auch auf die anderen Fusions, die Synchros brauchen irgendwann noch eingehen. Ich liebe Supreme Arcanite Magician.
