Nein, funktioniert nicht!
Refpanel kann nicht angekettet werden bei:
Zitat- Any card that targets, Special Summons, destroys, or in general affects specific cards.
- Any Ritual/Field/Continuous/Equip Spell Card.
- Any card that searches a card from your Deck ("Spellbook of Secrets", "Reinforcement of the Army", etc.)
- Any card that sends cards from your Deck to the Graveyard, either from the top or chosen ("Solar Recharge", "Foolish Burial", etc.)
- Any card that affects both players ("Upstart Goblin", "Card Destruction", etc.) -

"Mystical Refpanel" kann NICHT an "Hysteric Sign" angekettet werden."Hysteric Sign": When this card is activated: Add 1 “Elegant Egotist” from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand. During the End Phase of the turn this card was sent from the field or hand to the Graveyard: Add up to 3 “Harpie” cards with different names from your Deck to your hand. You can only activate 1 “Hysteric Sign” effect per turn, and only once that turn.
“Mystical Refpanel” can be Chained to cards that do the following:
1. Increase 1 player’s Life Points.
2. Inflict Direct Damage to 1 player’s Life Points.
3. Allow 1 player to draw a card(s) from the top of their Deck to their hand.
4. Cause 1 player to discard from their hand.
