Psi-Blocker vs Face up Vanitys Emptiness

    kann Psi-Blocker eine bereits offene Vanitys Emptiness negieren .. und wenn ja .. warum?
    Der Kartentext sagt es jedenfalls nicht..


    Kartentext:
    Once per turn: You can declare 1 card name; cards with that name, and their effects, cannot be used until the End of your opponent's next turn.

    Doch, es geht. Im Gegensatz zu Verbot kann Psi-Blocker auch bereits liegende Karten "unbenutzbar" machen. Wenn du also mit Blocker Vanity ansagst wird jegliche Kopie der Karte für die Dauer des Effekts wirkungslos und weitere Kopien dürfen nicht offen gespielt werden.
