The contents of this email are structured as follows:
Card Name
Card Number (Card Type)
[Card Text]
Rulings
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Evil Hero Malicious Edge
GLAS-EN003 (Effect Monster)
[If your opponent controls a monster, you can Normal Summon this card with 1 Tribute. During battle between this attacking card and a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of this card, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent.]
• If your opponent controls only 1 monster and you activate “Soul Exchange”, you can Tribute that 1 monster to Tribute Summon “Evil Hero Malicious Edge” (You would not need to Tribute an additional monster).
Evil Hero Infernal Gainer
GLAS-EN004 (Effect Monster)
[During your Main Phase 1, you can remove this card from play and select 1 face-up Fiend-Type monster you control. That monster can attack twice during each Battle Phase. Special Summon this card in face-up Attack Position during your second Standby Phase after you activate this effect.]
• The Fiend-Type monster selected for “Evil Hero Infernal Gainer’s” effect can attack twice during the Battle Phase as long as it remains face-up on the field.
• During your second Standby Phase after activating “Evil Hero Infernal Gainer’s” effect, if you have no open Monster Card Zones when it would be Special Summoned by its effect, it will be sent to the Graveyard.
• After being removed from play by its own effect, if “Evil Hero Infernal Gainer” is removed from the Removed Zone (returned to the Graveyard, added to the Deck, etc.) it will not be Special Summoned during the second Standby Phase. Even if it is returned to the Removed Zone, it will still not be Special Summoned.
• If your opponent negates the effect that Special Summons “Evil Hero Infernal Gainer”, that effect will not activate again during a later Standby Phase.
Cloudian – Eye of the Typhoon
GLAS-EN005 (Effect Monster)
[This card cannot be destroyed by battle. If this card is in face-up Defense Position, destroy it. When this card declares an attack, change the battle positions of all face-up monsters, except "Cloudian" monsters.]
• If “Cloudian – Eye of the Typhoon” is attacked while in face-down Defense Position and flipped face-up by the attack, it is destroyed by its effect after damage calculation.
Cloudian – Ghost Fog
GLAS-EN006 (Effect Monster)
[This card cannot be Special Summoned. All Battle Damage to either player from a battle involving this monster becomes 0. If this card is destroyed by battle, distribute new Fog Counters equal to the Level of the monster that destroyed it among face-up monsters.]
• This effect does not target. You choose which monsters to place the Fog Counters onto when the effect is resolved.
• If “Skill Drain” is activated while a monster has Fog Counters, the Fog Counters remain on the monster.
Cloudian – Nimbusman
GLAS-EN007 (Effect Monster)
[This card cannot be destroyed by battle. If this card is in face-up Defense Position, destroy it. You can Tribute any number of WATER monsters for the Tribute Summon of this card. When this card is Tribute Summoned, place 1 Fog Counter on it for each WATER monster you Tributed. This card gains 500 ATK for each Fog Counter on the field.]
• If “Cloudian – Nimbusman” is attacked while in face-down Defense Position and flipped face-up by the attack, it is destroyed by its effect after damage calculation.
• If you Tribute “Unshaven Angler” to Tribute Summon “Cloudian – Nimbusman”, it will only count as 1 monster so you will only place 1 Fog Counter for Tributing it.
• If “Cloudian – Nimbusman’s” Level is reduced to 4 or less by another card effect, you will not be able to Tribute any monsters when it is Normal Summoned because you do not Tribute to Normal Summon a Level 4 or lower monster.
• The effect that allows you to Tribute any number of WATER monsters when Tribute Summoning “Cloudian – Nimbusman” cannot be used when you Tribute Set it.
• If “Cloudian – Nimbusman” is selected for “Rain Storm”, recalculate its ATK after applying the reduction. For example, if there are 2 Fog Counters on the field, “Cloudian – Nimbusman” would have 2000 ATK. If you select it with “Rain Storm” and decide to reduce its ATK by 2000, “Cloudian – Nimbusman” would have a total of 0 ATK.
• If you Tribute a non-WATER monster to Tribute Summon “Cloudian – Nimbusman”, it is not possible to Tribute additional WATER monsters. Tributing additional WATER monsters is only possible when you are Tributing only WATER monsters.
Cloudian – Poison Cloud
GLAS-EN009 (Effect Monster)
[When this face-up card attacks or is attacked, and is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard, destroy the monster that destroyed it, and then inflict 800 damage to your opponent.]
• “Cloudian – Poison Cloud’s” effect will only inflict 800 damage if its effect successfully destroys the monster that destroyed it in battle. For example, “Vennominaga, the Deity of Poisonous Snakes” is unaffected by other Monster Effects and could not be destroyed, so “Cloudian – Poison Cloud” would not inflict damage in this case.
Cloudian – Acid Cloud
GLAS-EN010 (Effect Monster)
[This card cannot be destroyed by battle. If this card is in face-up Defense Position, destroy it. When you Normal Summon this card, place 1 Fog Counter on it for each "Cloudian" monster on the field. You can remove 2 Fog Counters from this card to destroy 1 Spell or Trap Card.]
• If “Cloudian – Acid Cloud” is attacked while in face-down Defense Position and flipped face-up by the attack, it is destroyed by its effect after damage calculation.
Cloudian – Cirrostratus
GLAS-EN011
[This card cannot be destroyed by battle. If this card is in face-up Defense Position, destroy it. When you Normal Summon this card, place 1 Fog Counter on it for each "Cloudian" monster on the field. You can remove 2 Fog Counters from this card to destroy 1 monster on the field.]
• If “Cloudian – Cirrostratus” is attacked while in face-down Defense Position and flipped face-up by the attack, it is destroyed by its effect after damage calculation.
Cloudian – Altus
GLAS-EN012 (Effect Monster)
[This card cannot be destroyed by battle. If this card is in face-up Defense Position, destroy it. When you Normal Summon this card, place 1 Fog Counter on it for each "Cloudian" monster on the field. You can remove 3 Fog Counters from anywhere on the field to discard 1 random card from your opponent's hand.]
• If “Cloudian – Altus” is attacked while in face-down Defense Position and flipped face-up by the attack, it is destroyed by its effect after damage calculation.
Cloudian – Turbulence
GLAS-EN013 (Effect Monster)
[This card cannot be destroyed by battle. If this card is in face-up Defense Position, destroy it. When you Normal Summon this card, place 1 Fog Counter on it for each "Cloudian" monster on the field. You can remove 1 Fog Counter from this card to Special Summon 1 "Cloudian - Smoke Ball" from your Deck or from either player's Graveyard.]
• If “Cloudian – Turbulence” is attacked while in face-down Defense Position and flipped face-up by the attack, it is destroyed by its effect after damage calculation.
• You cannot activate the effect of “Cloudian – Turbulence” to Special Summon a “Cloudian – Smoke Ball” if there are not any in your Deck or in either player’s Graveyard.
• If you activate “Cloudian – Turbulence’s” effect and an effect is chained that removes all 3 copies of “Cloudian – Smoke Ball” from play, you do not have to show your Deck to your opponent to verify because all 3 copies of “Cloudian – Smoke Ball” are accounted for.
Truckroid
GLAS-EN014 (Effect Monster)
[When this card destroys a monster your opponent controls by battle and sends it to the Graveyard, equip it to this card. This card gains ATK equal to the combined ATK of the equipped card(s).]
• If your opponent controls one of your monsters and your “Truckroid” destroys it by battle, the destroyed monster will be equipped to “Truckroid”.
Stealthroid
GLAS-EN015 (Effect Monster)
[If this card attacks, destroy 1 Spell or Trap Card at the end of the Battle Phase if you control another "roid" monster.]
• If an effect is chained to “Stealthroid’s” effect that removes every other “roid” monster from your side of the field, the effect of “Stealthroid” disappears.
Expressroid
GLAS-EN016 (Effect Monster)
[When you Summon this card, you can add 2 "roid" monsters from your Graveyard to your hand, except "Expressroid".]
• If an effect is chained to “Expressroid’s” effect to remove one of the 2 “roid” monsters you selected from your Graveyard, the remaining “roid” monster will be added to your hand.
Gladiator Beasts
GLAS-ENSP1, GLAS-EN017 – GLAS-EN024 (Effect Monster)
• The “Gladiator Beast” monsters share an effect that says, “At the end of the Battle Phase, if this card attacked or was attacked, you can return it to the Deck…”. Returning the “Gladiator Beast” monster to the Deck is a cost to activate the effect.
• If you do not have any “Gladiator Beast” monsters remaining in your Deck that you can Special Summon, you cannot activate the effect of the “Gladiator Beast” monster that attacked or was attacked. For example, if “Gladiator Beast Murmillo” attacks or is attacked and the only “Gladiator Beast” monster remaining in your Deck is another copy of “Gladiator Beast Murmillo”, you could not activate the effect of “Gladiator Beast Murmillo” at the end of the Battle Phase.
• If 2 or more “Gladiator Beast” monsters attack or are attacked during the Battle Phase, at the end of the Battle Phase the effect of each “Gladiator Beast” monster can be activated. The effects will activate and resolve separately, in whatever order you choose. They are not combined onto the same Chain.
• If a “Gladiator Beast” monster attacks or is attacked, and it is flipped face-down by an effect during the Battle Phase, its effect to Special Summon another “Gladiator Beast” monster cannot be activated.(even if it is flipped face-up before the end of the Battle Phase )
• “Divine Wrath” can be chained to the effect that returns the “Gladiator Beast” to the Deck. The effect will be negated, but the “Gladiator Beast” monster will not be destroyed because it is in the Deck.
• If a “Gladiator Beast” monster that was Special Summoned by the effect of another “Gladiator Beast” is flipped-face down, it will no longer have the effect granted by the Special Summon when it is flipped face-up. This is also the case if “Skill Drain” is activated and then later removed from the field.
Gladiator Beast Alexander
GLAS-EN017 (Effect Monster)
[This card cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of "Gladiator Beast Dimacari". If this card was Special Summoned, it is unaffected by the effects of Spell Cards. At the end of the Battle Phase, if this card attacked or was attacked, you can return it to the Deck to Special Summon 1 "Gladiator Beast" monster from your Deck, except "Gladiator Beast Alexander".]
• If “Gladiator Beast Alexander” is Special Summoned and later it is removed from play using “Interdimensional Matter Transporter”, when it is returned to the field its “unaffected by the effects of Spell Cards” effect will still be applied.
Gladiator Beast Secutor
GLAS-EN024 (Effect Monster)
[If this card was Special Summoned by the effect of a "Gladiator Beast" monster, at the end of any Battle Phase, if this card attacked or was attacked, Special Summon 2 "Gladiator Beast" monsters from your Deck, except "Gladiator Beast Secutor".]
• When you activate the effect of “Gladiator Beast Secutor” and you have only 1 open Monster Card Zone, you will still choose 2 “Gladiator Beast” monsters from your Deck. Choose one of the selected monsters and Special Summon it; the other is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard.
• If, when resolving the effect of “Gladiator Beast Secutor”, you only have 1 “Gladiator Beast” monster that you can Special Summon, the effect of “Gladiator Beast Secutor” disappears. Your opponent can check your Deck to verify.
Witch Doctor of Sparta
GLAS-EN026 (Effect Monster)
[Inflict 500 damage to your opponent each time a monster(s) is Special Summoned from either player's Deck.]
• If 2 or more monsters are Special Summoned at the same time, “Witch Doctor of Sparta’s” effect will only activate once and it will inflict 500 points of damage.
Spirit of the Six Samurai
GLAS-EN033 (Union/Effect Monster)
[Once per turn, you can equip this card to a "Six Samuriai" monster you control, OR unequip it to Special Summon this card in face-up Attack Position. When equipped to a monster by this card's effect, that monster gains 500 ATK and DEF. When the equipped monster destroys an opponent's monster by battle, draw 1 card. (A monster can only be equipped with 1 Union Monster at a time. If the equipped monster would be destroyed, this card is destroyed instead.)]
• The effect of “Spirit of the Six Samurai” that activates when the equipped monster destroys a monster in battle starts a Chain when the destroyed monster is sent to the Graveyard.
• If a “Six Samurai” monster is equipped with “Legendary Ebon Steed” and “Spirit of the Six Samurai”, when the equipped “Six Samurai” monster would be destroyed both “Legendary Ebon Steed” and “Spirit of the Six Samurai” are destroyed instead of the monster.
Alien Hypno
GLAS-EN035 (Gemini/Effect Monster)
[This card is treated as a Normal Monster while face-up on the field or in the Graveyard. While this card is face-up on the field, you can Normal Summon it to have it be treated as an Effect Monster with this effect:
• During your Main Phase, you can select 1 monster your opponent controls with an A-Counter(s), and take control of it while this card is on the field. During each of your End Phases, remove 1 A-Counter from each controlled monster. If all A-Counters are removed from one of these monsters, destroy it.]
• Both the effect of “Alien Hypno” that removes 1 A-Counter from the controlled monsters, and the effect that destroys the controlled monsters when the last A-Counter is removed do not start a Chain.
• “Alien Hypno’s” effect to take control of an opponent’s monster with an A-Counter(s) can be activated multiple times during the same turn.
• ”Alien Hypno’s” effect to take control of an opponent’s monster with an A-Counter(s) targets the selected monster as long as it remains on the field.
• If you take control of an opponent’s monster with “Alien Hypno” and “Skill Drain” is activated, control of the selected monster is returned to the opponent. If “Skill Drain” is later negated or removed from the field, the selected monster is returned to your control.
• If you take control of an opponent’s monster with “Alien Hypno” and afterwards “Alien Hypno” is flipped face-down, every monster that you are controlling with “Alien Hypno’s” effect is returned to your opponent.
Elemental Hero Chaos Neos
GLAS-EN036 (Fusion/Effect Monster)
["Elemental Hero Neos" + "Neo-Spacian Dark Panther" + "Neo-Spacian Glow Moss"
This card can only be Special Summoned from your Fusion Deck by returning the above cards you control to the Deck. (You do not use "Polymerization".) During the End Phase, return this card to the Fusion Deck then Set all face-up monsters currently on the field. Once per turn, you can toss a coin 3 times and apply the appropriate effect: Ï3 Heads: Destroy all monsters your opponent controls. Ï2 Heads: This turn, the effects of all face-up monsters your opponent controls are negated. Ï1 Head: Return all monsters you control to their owner's hand.]
• “Elemental Hero Chaos Neos” can be Special Summoned from the Graveyard if it was first Special Summoned by its own effect and sent to the Graveyard afterwards. “Elemental Hero Chaos Neos” can also be Special Summoned from the Removed Zone if it was Special Summoned by its own effect and then removed from play afterwards.
• You can activate the coin toss effect of “Elemental Hero Chaos Neos” even while there are no monsters on your opponent’s side of the field.
• If you activate the coin toss effect of “Elemental Hero Chaos Neos” and get 2 Heads, the effects of all face-up monsters on your opponent’s side of the field will still be negated, even if “Elemental Hero Chaos Neos” is flipped face-down or removed from the field
• Returning “Elemental Hero Chaos Neos” to the Fusion Deck and Setting all face-up monsters on the field are parts of the same effect. If “Elemental Hero Chaos Neos” is not returned to the Fusion Deck (because of “Neo Space”, etc.) face-up monsters on the field will not be Set.
Evil Hero Inferno Wing
GLAS-EN038 (Fusion/Effect Monster)
["Elemental Hero Avian" + "Elemental Hero Burstinatrix"
This monster cannot be Special Summoned except with "Dark Fusion". During battle between this attacking card and a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of this card, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent. When this card destroys a monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard, inflict damage to your opponent equal to either the ATK or DEF of the destroyed monster, whichever is higher.]
• The damage inflicted by the effect of “Evil Hero Inferno Wing” is equal to the ATK or DEF of the destroyed monster after it is sent to the Graveyard.
• If the destroyed monster’s ATK and DEF are the same value, the effect of “Evil Hero Inferno Wing” will still inflict damage (equal to that value)..
Evil Hero Dark Gaia
GLAS-EN040 (Fusion/Effect Monster)
[1 Fiend-Type monster + 1 Rock-Type monster
This monster cannot be Special Summoned except with "Dark Fusion". The original ATK of this card is equal to the combined ATK of the Fusion Material Monsters used to Fusion Summon it. When this card declares an attack, change all Defense Position monsters your opponent controls to face-up Attack Position. (Flip Effects are not activated at this time.)]
• If a face-down monster is used as a Fusion Material Monster, the original ATK of the face-down monster will be used to determine the original ATK of “Evil Hero Dark Gaia”.
Super Vehicroid – Stealth Union
GLAS-EN041 (Fusion/Effect Monster)
["Truckroid" + "Expressroid" + "Drillroid" + "Stealthroid"
When this card attacks, its original ATK is halved until the end of the Damage Step. During battle between this attacking card and a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of this card, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent. Once per turn, you can select 1 monster you control, except a Machine-Type monster, and equip it to this card. While equipped by this effect, this card can attack all monsters your opponent controls once each.]
• “Super Vehicroid – Stealth Union” can be equipped with more than 1 monster by its effect. (Although you can only activate the equipping effect once per turn.)
• You cannot select a face-down monster to equip to “Super Vehicroid – Stealth Union” because a face-down monster’s Type cannot be determined.
• “Super Vehicroid – Stealth Union’s” original ATK is halved at the time it declares an attack and remains halved until the end of the Damage Step.
• If “Super Vehicroid – Stealth Union” attacks for the second or later time in the same Battle Phase, and an effect is activated that destroys all cards equipped to it by its effect, the attack does not continue to the Damage Step. (the attack stops)
• When “Super Vehicroid – Stealth Union” is Fusion Summoned by “Vehicroid Connection Zone” and afterwards its effect to equip itself with a monster is activated, “Divine Wrath” can be chained to negate the effect, but “Super Vehicroid – Stealth Union” will not be destroyed.
Superalloy Beast Raptinus
GLAS-EN042 (Fusion/Effect Monster)
[1 Gemini Monster + 1 Gemini Monster
All Gemini Monsters on the field are treated as Effect Monsters, and gain their effects.]
• If you activate “Doom Shaman’s” effect while it is an Effect Monster because “Superalloy Beast Raptinus” is face-up on the field, and an effect is chained to remove it from the field or flip it face-down, “Doom Shaman’s” effect will still resolve even though it is a Normal Monster again.
• If “Chthonian Emperor Dragon” declares its second attack while it is an Effect Monster because “Superalloy Beast Raptinus” is face-up on the field and during the attack it is removed from the field or flipped face-down, “Chthonian Emperor Dragon’s” attack will stop.
Contact Out
GLAS-EN045 (Quick-Play Spell Card)
[Return 1 "Neos" Fusion Monster you control to the Fusion Deck. If all the Fusion Material Monsters listed on that Fusion Monster are in your Deck, you can Special Summon them.]
• If you select a “Neos” Fusion Monster that you control but is owned by your opponent for “Contact Out”, that monster is returned to its owner’s Fusion Deck (your opponent’s). You will still Special Summon the Fusion Material Monsters from your Deck.
• “Contact Out” can still be activated when the Fusion Material Monsters listed on the “Neos” Fusion Monster are not present in your Deck . In this case the “Neos” Fusion Monster is returned to its owner’s Fusion Deck, but no monsters will be Special Summoned.
Swing of Memories
GLAS-EN046 (Normal Spell Card)
[Special Summon 1 Normal Monster from your Graveyard. It is destroyed during the End Phase of this turn.]
• If the monster Special Summoned by “Swing of Memories” is flipped face-down, it will not be destroyed during the End Phase. Even if it is flipped face-up again during the same turn.
• If the monster Special Summoned by “Swing of Memories” is removed from play with “Interdimensional Matter Transporter”, it will not be destroyed during the End Phase even after it is returned to the field.
Dark Fusion
GLAS-EN047 (Normal Spell Card)
[Send, from your hand or your side of the field to the Graveyard, Fusion Material Monsters that are listed on a Fiend-Type Fusion Monster Card, and Special Summon that Fusion Monster from your Fusion Deck. (This Special Summon is treated as a Fusion Summon). The Special Summoned monster cannot be targeted by the effects of other Monsters, Spells, and Traps this turn.]
• When you Special Summon a Fiend-Type Fusion Monster with “Dark Fusion” and during the same turn your opponent takes control of it, your opponent still cannot target that monster with the effects of Spell, Trap, or Monster Cards until the end of the turn, even though they now control it.
• If the monster Fusion Summoned by “Dark Fusion” is sent to the Graveyard, the effect that prevents it from being targeted by the opponent’s Spell, Trap, and Monster Card effects is no longer applied.
• If the monster Fusion Summoned by “Dark Fusion” is flipped face-down, the effect that prevents it from being targeted by the opponent’s Spell, Trap, and Monster Card effects is no longer applied.
Diamond-Dust Cyclone
GLAS-EN048 (Quick-Play Spell Card)
[Select 1 monster with 4 or more Fog Counters. Destroy it and then draw 1 card for every 4 Fog Counters that were on it.]
• “Diamond-Dust Cyclone” cannot be activated while there are no cards remaining in your Deck. If you have 1 card remaining in your Deck and remove 8 Fog Counters, you will lose the Duel because you cannot draw.
• If “Diamond-Dust Cyclone” fails to destroy the selected monster (because the monster was removed from the field, etc.), you will not draw card(s) from your Deck.
• If you select a monster with “Diamond-Dust Cyclone” and an effect is chained to flip the selected monster face-down, the monster will still be destroyed but you will not draw any card(s) because the Fog Counters are removed when the selected monster is flipped face-down.
Summon Cloud
GLAS-EN049 (Continuous Spell Card)
[Once per turn, during your Main Phase, if you don't control any monsters, you can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Cloudian" monster from your hand or from either player's Graveyard. If you Special Summon a monster from the Graveyard with this effect, destroy this card.]
• The effect of “Summon Cloud” does not target.
• You cannot Special Summon a “Cloudian” monster when you activate “Summon Cloud”. After “Summon Cloud” resolves, you can activate its effect to Special Summon a “Cloudian” monster in a separate Chain.
• The effect to destroy “Summon Cloud” is applied after Special Summoning the “Cloudian” monster and does not start another Chain.
Lucky Cloud
GLAS-EN050 (Normal Spell Card)
[During the End Phase, if you Summoned 2 or more "Cloudian" monsters with the same name this turn, draw 2 cards.]
• You can activate “Lucky Cloud” before or after Summoning the “Cloudians”.
• The effect of drawing 2 cards during the End Phase does not start a Chain.
• You cannot activate “Lucky Cloud” while your opponent controls a face-up “Protector of the Sanctuary”.
• You will draw 2 cards during the End Phase with the effect of “Lucky Cloud” if you Special Summon 2 “Cloudian Tokens” with the effect of “Cloudian – Sheep Cloud”.
• Even if you Summon 2 different sets of “Cloudian” monsters with the same name during the turn, you will only draw 2 cards with the effect of “Lucky Cloud” in the End Phase.
Cloudian Squall
GLAS-EN052 (Continuous Spell Card)
[During each of your Standby Phases, place 1 Fog Counter on every face-up monster.]
• “Cloudian Squall’s” effect activates during each of your Standby Phases, even if there are no face-up monsters on the field. This effect starts a Chain.
Super Double Summon
GLAS-EN053 (Quick-Play Spell Card)
[Select 1 Gemini monster you control and Normal Summon it. During the End Phase of this turn, return it to your hand.]
• The effect to return the Gemini Monster to its owner’s hand during the End Phase does not start a Chain.
• If the Gemini Monster Normal Summoned by “Super Double Summon” is flipped face-down or removed from the field, the effect to return it to its owner’s hand during the End Phase is not applied.
• If “Skill Drain” is in play a Gemini Monster that has not been Summoned again is an Effect Monster with no effect. You can target it with “Super Double Summon” and it will be Summoned again, but its new effect is still negated. But, if “Skill Drain” is negated or removed from the field later in the turn, the selected Gemini Monster’s effects will be active and can be used.
Colosseum - Cage of the Gladiator Beasts
GLAS-EN054 (Field Spell Card)
[Place 1 Counter on this card each time a monster is Special Summoned from either player's Deck. All "Gladiator Beast" monsters gain 100 ATK and DEF for each of these counters on this card. If this card would be destroyed by a card effect, you can discard 1 "Colosseum - Cage of the Gladiator Beasts" to prevent this card from being destroyed.]
• The effect to place 1 Counter on “Colosseum – Cage of the Gladiator Beasts” starts a Chain.
• Discarding 1 card to prevent “Colosseum – Cage of the Gladiator Beasts” from being destroyed by a card effect does not start a Chain. You discard the 1 card when resolving the effect that would destroy it.
Gladiator Beast's Battle Halberd
GLAS-EN055 (Equip Spell Card)
[Equip only to a "Gladiator Beast" monster. When it attacks, destroy 1 Spell or Trap Card at the end of the Damage Step. When the equipped monster is returned from your side of the field to the Deck and this card is sent to the Graveyard, return this card to your hand.]
• The effect of “Gladiator Beast’s Battle Halberd” to destroy 1 Spell or Trap Card at the end of the Damage Step starts a Chain.
Gladiator Beast's Respite
GLAS-EN058 (Normal Spell Card)
[Return 2 "Gladiator Beast" cards from your hand to the Deck, then draw 3 cards.]
• The “Gladiator Beast” cards returned to the Deck are returned when the effect of “Gladitor Beast’s Respite” is resolved. Returning them is not a cost.
• You can return any card with “Gladiator Beast” in its card name to your Deck when resolving the effect of “Gladiator Beast’s Respite”, such as “Gladiator Beast’s Battle Halberd” or another “Gladiator Beast’s Respite”.
• If you do not have 2 “Gladiator Beast” cards in your hand when resolving the effect of “Gladiator Beast’s Respite”, its effect disappears. In this case, you do not return any cards to your Deck and you do not draw 3 cards.
Gladiator's Return
GLAS-EN059 (Normal Spell Card)
[Return 3 "Gladiator Beast" monsters from your Graveyard to your Deck, then draw 1 card.]
• If 1 or more of the “Gladiator Beast” monsters selected by “Gladiator’s Return” are removed from the Graveyard before it resolves, the effect disappears.

Soul Devouring Bamboo Sword
GLAS-EN060 (Continuous Spell Card)

Destroy this card during your second Standby Phase after activation.]• “Soul Devouring Bamboo Sword” targets the equipped monster.
• The effect of “Soul Devouring Bamboo Sword” that causes the opponent to skip their next Draw Phase activates at the time the selected monster inflicts Battle Damage. This effect starts a Chain.
• If “Bamboo Sword” is no longer equipped to the selected monster the effect of “Soul Devouring Bamboo Sword” no longer activates when the selected monster inflicts Battle Damage. The effect that destroys “Soul Devouring Bamboo Sword” during the second Standby Phase after activation is still applied.
• The effect that destroys “Soul Devouring Bamboo Sword” during the second Standby Phase after it was activated does not start a Chain.Cunning of the Six Samurai
GLAS-EN061 (Quick-Play Spell Card)
[Send 1 face-up "Six Samurai" monster you control to the Graveyard. Special Summon 1 "Six Samurai" monster from either player's Graveyard.]• Sending a face-up “Six Samurai” monster you control to the Graveyard is a cost to activate “Cunning of the Six Samurai”.
• You can Special Summon the same “Six Samurai” monster that was sent to the Graveyard for the cost of “Cunning of the Six Samurai”."A" Cell Incubator
GLAS-EN062 (Continuous Spell Card)
[Each time an A-Counter(s) is removed from play by a card effect, place 1 A-Counter on this card. When this card is destroyed, distribute the A-Counters on this card among face-up monsters.]• The effect of “’A’ Cell Incubator” to place an A-Counter on itself does not start a Chain.
• The effect to distribute the A-Counters from a destroyed “’A’ Cell Incubator” among face-up monsters starts a Chain.
• If an A-Counter on “’A’ Cell Incubator” is removed by an effect, “’A’ Cell Incubator’s” effect will place a new A-Counter on itself.
• The effect of “’A’ Cell Incubator” is not applied when a card with A-Counters is removed from the field or flipped face-down, because its A-Counters are not removed by an effect.
• If an A-Counter is removed to pay a cost, an A-Counter is placed on “’A’ Cell Incubator”.Over Limit
GLAS-EN063 (Normal Trap Card)
[Pay 500 Life Points. Special Summon from both players' Graveyards as many Normal Monsters as possible with 1000 or less ATK that were destroyed by battle this turn.]• “Over Limit” cannot be activated unless at least 1 appropriate Normal Monster is in the Graveyard.

[Select 1 "Cloudian" monster you control. Reduce that monster's ATK by 1000 or 2000 points, and apply the appropriate effect: Ï1000 points: Destroy 1 Spell or Trap Card your opponent controls. • You select which of “Rain Storm’s” effects to apply when resolving “Rain Storm”.
• The ATK of the selected “Cloudian” monster remains decreased as long the “Cloudian” monster remains face-up on the field.Release from Stone
GLAS-EN068 (Continuous Trap Card)
[Select 1 of your removed from play Rock-Type monsters, and Special Summon it. When this card is removed from the field, destroy that monster. When that monster is destroyed, destroy this card.]• You can select a Rock-Type monster that is removed from play by “Gold Sarcophagus”.
Light-Imprisoning Mirror
GLAS-EN069 (Continuous Trap Card)
[When the effect of a LIGHT monster activates on the field or in the Graveyard, negate it.]• If an Effect Monster is LIGHT when its effect would resolve, then the effect will be negated by “Light-Imprisoning Mirror”.
• “Light-Imprisoning Mirror” cannot negate the Continuous Effects of LIGHT monsters.Shadow-Imprisoning Mirror
GLAS-EN070 (Continuous Trap Card)
[When the effect of a DARK monster activates on the field or in the Graveyard, negate it.]• If an Effect Monster is DARK when its effect would resolve, then the effect will be negated by “Shadow-Imprisoning Mirror”.
• “Shadow-Imprisoning Mirror” cannot negate the Continuous Effects of DARK monsters.Disarm
GLAS-EN071 (Counter Trap Card)
[Return 1 "Gladiator Beast" monster from your hand to the Deck, and negate the activation and effect of a Spell Card, and destroy it.]• Returning 1 “Gladiator Beast” monster to the Deck is part of the effect of “Disarm”, not a cost. You must show the “Gladiator Beast” to your opponent when resolving this effect.
• You cannot activate “Disarm” if you do not have a “Gladiator Beast” monster in your hand.Parry
GLAS-EN072 (Counter Trap Card)
[Return 1 "Gladiator Beast" monster from your hand to the Deck, and negate the activation and effect of a Trap Card, and destroy it.]• Returning 1 “Gladiator Beast” monster to the Deck is part of the effect of “Parry”, not a cost. You must show the “Gladiator Beast” to your opponent when resolving this effect.
• You cannot activate “Parry” if you do not have a “Gladiator Beast” monster in your hand.Double-Edged Sword Technique
GLAS-EN074 (Normal Trap Card)
[Select 2 "Six Samurai" monsters from your Graveyard, and Special Summon them in face-up Attack Position. Destroy them during the End Phase of this turn, and take damage equal to the ATK of the destroyed monster(s).]• If one of the two selected “Six Samurai” monsters is removed from the Graveyard before “Double-Edged Sword Technique” is resolved, the remaining one will still be Special Summoned. When it is destroyed in the End Phase you will only receive damage equal to its ATK.
• The effect that destroys the Special Summoned monsters and inflicts damage equal to their ATK does not start a Chain.
• Only “Six Samurai” monsters destroyed by “Double-Edged Sword Technique’s” effect are used to determine how much damage is inflicted. If one of the “Six Samurai” monsters Special Summoned by “Double-Edged Sword Technique” is equipped with “Legendary Ebon Steed”, the “Legendary Ebon Steed” is destroyed instead, and because the “Six Samurai” monster was not destroyed you do not take damage equal to its ATK.Energy-Absorbing Monolith
GLAS-EN075 (Normal Trap Card)
[Chain this card to an opponent's card effect that would inflict damage to you. That damage is negated, and you gain Life Points equal to the amount you would have taken.]• “Energy-Absorbing Monolith” does not increase your Life Points with its own effect. Instead, it changes what the damage inflicting card would have done, so that you gain Life Points instead of taking damage.
• If you activate “Energy-Absorbing Monolith” while your opponent controls “Bad Reaction to Simoichi”, instead of gaining Life Points you will receive damage due to the effect of “Bad Reaction to Simochi”.
• If you chain “Energy-Absorbing Monolith” to “Ring of Destruction”, when the monster is destroyed you will gain Life Points equal to the destroyed monster’s ATK and your opponent will receive damage equal to the destroyed monster’s ATK.Interdimensional Warp
GLAS-EN078 (Normal Trap Card)
[Select a monster you control and a monster with an A-Counter(s) your opponent controls. Switch control of those monsters.]• “Interdimensional Warp” targets both the monster you control and your opponent’s monster with A-Counter(s).
An Unfortunate Report
GLAS-EN080 (Normal Trap Card)
[Your opponent conducts their next Battle Phase twice.]• If you activate “An Unfortunate Report” during your turn and your opponent decides not to enter the Battle Phase during their following turn, they will still conduct two Battle Phases during a later turn, the first time they decide to enter the Battle Phase.

WICHTIG!!!
