ZitatMore than 5,100 people have died in West Africa from this year's outbreak across Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone. Four have died from Ebola in recent weeks in Mali and authorities are scrambling to track down another 250 individuals for monitoring.
A further 14,413 are known to be infected, and the death toll among them is reaching 70 percent, according to the World Health Organization (WHO).
ich kann jetzt nichtmal sagen, ob die prognose der infizierten aus dem startpost tote mit einberechnet. wie auch immer, sie ist nach wie vor noch sehr akurat. außerdem geht's jetzt auch langsam in mali los.

ZitatAlles anzeigenThe rate of new Ebola cases per day has hit a new all-time high! From Nov. 6th-9th the totals are as follows:
Liberia: 183 new cases
Sierra Leone: 454 new cases
Guinea: 101 new cases.
Rate: 185 new cases/day
Total: 14,132
This blows the former 3-day average record of 168 cases/day from Oct 17-20 completely out of the water.
Keep in mind, things used to be worst in Liberia. And while things have gotten better there, Ebola has gone out of control in Sierra Leone. The infection rate in Sierra Leone is now 9 times higher than what it was a month ago!
